    Job Description
    Administrative Assistant
    Paxem, Inc. is hiring an administrative assistant full time hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and some afterhours for events.  Pay is based on skills and experience.  This is a great opportunity with a stable, local company in a relaxed setting.
     
    Administrative Assistant Duties:  High attention to detail, answering phones and providing information to callers, take messages or transfer calls, proficient in Microsoft Office and easily taught other computer applications, data entry operation of printers, fax machines and phone system. The candidate should be able to work independently, personable, supportive and hard working. Must like dogs. Training in Cary, IL and move to Palatine, IL office by late summer.
