This course in an educational and hands on classes that will teach caregivers with children from 6 weeks of age to 1 year on how to better interact and bond with the child.
The class will also teach hands on techniques on the following:
how to massage your baby to provide relaxation for better sleep and comfort as well as stimulation for brain development and body growth.
This experience will also provide caregivers with tools that can give young children relief from digestive and physical growth pains. Infant Massage Classes offer an opportunity to teach massage to the parent, sibling or caregiver of a child. Not only is it a great bonding experience for all parties involved, but it is an excellent first step to building a healthy life. While taking the classes, caregivers will learn massage strokes and how those strokes provide a variety of benefits for the child.

It is a class were in would be hosting moms, dads, and or caretakers and their babies. In the class the caretakers would be taught basic baby care tips, informing care takers why and or why not the messages should be given to the children. The instructor would also be showing how to preform massage strokes to the parents using a life size doll. As an instructor in infant massage we do not work directly on the babies. We let the caregivers work on their own children, giving them great hands on experience.
Caregivers should bring: 1 Child, 1 blanket, 1 pillow. (Please bring with you whatever you think that you may need for the baby while you are in class; diapers, toys, food)
