MISSION STATEMENT

The Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce's mission is to foster 
the advancement of commercial, industrial and civic interests that contribute 
to the growth and development of our members and the business environment 
in the Palatine area. It accomplishes its mission through networking, 
educational seminars, special events, governmental awareness and 
involvement in the community.

The Palatine Area Chamber of Commerce, celebrating its 57th anniversary, has over 400 members. Members get together to network, promote their business, and to exchange ideas. They look to the Chamber to provide business resources as well as to be an organization that represents the voices of the business community in the Palatine area. The Chamber also gives members an opportunity to stay connected to the community. A Chamber event is a great place to meet the “movers and shakers” of Palatine. A typical event may include people from state and local government, business leaders, educators, as well as representatives from Palatine municipalities.

The Chamber serves as an "information clearinghouse" for the Palatine area. The staff fields over 6,000 calls a year from both current and prospective business and residents. The Chamber acts as a referral service for our member businesses.
